Description:

Issues recommendations on the operation of General Purpose equipment within calculated risks based on available data (vibration, process process performance, and process data).

• Executes job requests according to set priorities.
• Reports on general purpose equipment repairs.
• Analyzes vibration spectra, and trends; issues Machine Action Reports if any corrective measure is required.
• Records all data (memos, close-out reports, recommendations) in the REL-ROT file system.
• Analyzes and documents the causes of rotating equipment failures.
• Recommends required stock items for General Purpose rotating equipment.
• Recommends removal from stock of obsolete parts.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's of Science (or higher) degree in Engineering required. * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred. * 2 years of experience in rotating equipment required. * Basic skill using Microsoft Office Programs (i.e., Word and Excel) required.

This position is salaried exempt status, which means you are not eligible for overtime pay.

Position level and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
